I founded The Flock with a simple but powerful belief: women are stronger, more confident, and more successful when they rise together.

My career has been rooted in helping people — first through my work across the nonprofit, private, and public sectors, and later through my own business focused on personal styling and intentional living, Tailored Stylist. Through that work, I saw firsthand the transformation that happens when women feel confident, aligned, and supported.

But I also recognized something was missing.

Ambitious, thoughtful women often find themselves building, leading, and striving on their own — without the kind of community that truly understands and supports them. I wanted more than one-on-one transformation. I wanted collective growth.

So I created The Flock — a space where like-minded women could come together to connect authentically, amplify one another, and create meaningful success across every part of their lives.

What began as a vision for deeper connection has grown into a community rooted in ampliship, ambition, and the belief that no woman flies alone.
